1. Parties
a) This KIOSCERT Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the owner of the website https://kioscert.com, located at 24 BROOKDALE LONDON ENGLAND N11 1BL, KIOSCERT CERTIFICATION SERVICES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "KIOSCERT"), and the internet user who has registered as a member of the https://kioscert.com website ("MEMBER").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the MEMBER to benefit from and use the https://kioscert.com website, which is owned by KIOSCERT.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

KIOSCERT shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data or for any damage to MEMBER software and data. The MEMBER agrees in advance not to claim any compensation from KIOSCERT for any loss suffered due to use of the website.
3.8. The MEMBER agrees not to access or use other users' information or software without permission. Otherwise, the MEMBER assumes all legal and criminal responsibility.
3.9. The MEMBER who violates one or more clauses of this Agreement agrees to be liable for all resulting damages and to indemnify and hold KIOSCERT harmless from all claims and lawsuits.
3.10.KIOSCERT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the MEMBER’s membership at any time and without liability, and to delete all related data, files, and documents.
3.11. All intellectual property rights related to the design, software, texts, and visual content of the https://kioscert.com website belong to KIOSCERT and may not be used without written permission.
3.12. In order to improve and develop the https://kioscert.com website and/or under legal obligations, data such as the name of the internet service provider, IP address, date and time of access, visited pages, and referring website address may be collected.
3.13.KIOSCERT has the right to contact the MEMBER for marketing, advertising, promotion, notification, and other purposes via mail, email, SMS, telephone, or other means using the contact information provided or updated by the MEMBER. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the MEMBER agrees to such communications.
3.14. The MEMBER agrees to receive information about product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, surveys, and other customer satisfaction practices related to the KIOSCERT CERTIFICATION SERVICES LIMITED brand. The MEMBER allows the collection, use, and archiving of personal and transaction data by KIOSCERT, even after membership ends, unless otherwise stated. The MEMBER agrees not to hold KIOSCERT liable for any direct or indirect, material or moral damages arising from the collection, use, archiving, or access to such data.
3.15.KIOSCERT may disclose the MEMBER’s personal information to third parties (a) if required by applicable law or regulations, (b) under the conditions outlined in clause 3.13, or (c) with the MEMBER’s consent.
3.16.KIOSCERT takes reasonable measures to keep the website free of viruses and other malicious software. However, final responsibility for security lies with the MEMBER. By accessing the site, the MEMBER accepts responsibility for any damage to their own system.
3.17.KIOSCERT reserves the right to change, discontinue, or remove any content, design, or services provided on the website at any time, and to delete user data stored on the site.
3.18.KIOSCERT may update, modify, or cancel this Agreement at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect upon publication and are binding for all MEMBERS.
3.19.KIOSCERT is authorized to send informational emails and SMS messages to the MEMBER. By accepting this Agreement, the MEMBER consents to receiving such communications. If the MEMBER wishes to opt out, they may contact KIOSCERT Customer Service. The provisions of clause 3.13 remain in effect.
4. Termination of the Agreement: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Duration: This Agreement remains in effect until the MEMBER cancels their membership or KIOSCERT terminates it. In the event of any violation, KIOSCERT may unilaterally terminate the membership.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices located at the company’s headquarters.
7. Effective Date
The MEMBER’s registration shall be deemed complete upon acceptance of all terms contained in this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect at the moment the MEMBER becomes registered.
